Hi, I'm Jay Vegad — a full-stack developer focused on building scalable, high-quality web applications from concept to deployment.

I work across the entire development stack, from designing intuitive user interfaces to building reliable backend systems and deploying production-ready applications. My core expertise lies in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks, combined with strong backend development and cloud deployment practices.

I enjoy creating systems that are not only visually clean and user-friendly but also well-architected, performant, and maintainable. My workflow often involves building complete products end-to-end — including frontend interfaces, backend APIs, database design, and deployment infrastructure.

Alongside development, I work with cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean to deploy, scale, and manage applications in production environments.

Some highlights of my work include building full-stack web applications using modern frameworks, designing clean and responsive user interfaces, developing robust backend services and APIs, deploying and managing applications using AWS and DigitalOcean, and delivering results through real client projects and hackathon-winning solutions.

I am particularly interested in building products where engineering quality and design clarity come together to create meaningful user experiences.

Currently, I am focused on full-stack development, cloud deployment, and building impactful products, while continuing to grow through freelance work, open-source contributions, and new technical challenges.

I am a software engineer at heart, spending most of my time tinkering with AI and code. I am most active on X (Twitter), where I regularly share what I am building, learning, and exploring in public.
